Grace Gedler, from the UK, has got married to herself after getting fed up with being single for six years. Her wedding ceremony, attended by 50 guests, was apparently inspired by Bjork’s song Isobel, with the lyrics, ‘My name’s Isobel, married to myself’. She proposed to herself on Parliament Hill, north London, in November and finally walked down the aisle alone in March this year. Grace was watched by friends and her sister and the wedding was completed with a kiss on a mirror.
